Shipping policy

At Fame Day Supply, we work hard to get your performance essentials packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Time
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Fame Day Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Fame Day Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
